REFUND POLICY

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund, and it may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

Restocking Fee Notice: The 30% restocking fee applies only to returned items that are not defective or damaged upon arrival. This fee covers restocking and handling costs.

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may offer store credit (minus shipping costs) at our discretion.

Packages that are confirmed delivered by USPS or UPS can only be replaced if package protection is purchased.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel your order as it would have already been processed.

Your refund for a canceled order will take 3-5 working days, depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are processed instantly, whereas credit/debit card refunds may take longer to appear in your account.

Refunds & Damaged Items

Free items - Paid shipping only
We do not offer refunds on free items, as the shipping charge has been paid to the courier. However, if your free item is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if this happens.

Paid items with free shipping
Please contact us so we can send you our return address. Once the item is inspected, we will issue a refund within 2-5 working days. You can also opt for store credit if you prefer.

Further Information: Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. This policy is stated on product pages at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for assistance.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal Refunds: 7-10 business days

Note: We do not store credit card details and cannot charge your card for additional purchases after an order is placed.
