Order Cancellation

We offer refunds if you meet the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, using our return label provided by customer service.
  2. Email us at info@zanssy.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for the return request.

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund, which may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Clearance Items

Items sold as clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees about their condition.

Refunds & Damaged Items

Free items - Paid shipping only
We do not offer refunds on free items, as the shipping cost has been paid to the courier. However, if your free item is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Paid items with free shipping
Contact us for our return address. Once the item is inspected, we will process a refund within 2-5 business days. You may also opt for store credit if preferred.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zanssy.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. This policy is clearly stated on product pages.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
